New Wheels for Christmas

I found these pics at my Mom's house.probably 78' or 79',I can't remember.I got a brand new Mongoose for Christmas.The first pic is Me coming in from taking out the trash and seeing it!The last pic is Me and my old friend/neighbor,Junior,after going for a thrash and ride in the mud! Good times!

Not All Is Well In Japan

Don't let that last post fool you into thinking I don't have any love for the Homies in Japan.
On the contrary,I think most of what they're doing over there is cool,and I'd be lying if I said I didn't grab some inspiration from their enthusiasm.
They definitely put their own spin on things.Funny thing is,some of the stuff they do,and get away with over there,We would think is kooky over here!
I recently ran across some pics of my 68'Cad that I shipped over there a few years back.Needless to say,I was kinda bummed.

Beasts of Burden

I've seen this posted on other places,but never clicked on it. I'm glad I did! I was laughing while I was watching it and after. Anyone who's ever owned a kick start bike knows that feeling!

Over the past 20 years or so,I've had bikes that have been Mother fucker's to start.....and I've had bikes that I could start wearing flip-flops. Some have even been the same bike!! I've put together bikes for Cats that come in with electric start,and they say.."get rid of the electric start,I want this fucker kick only"! I always laugh when I think of all the fun they're gonna have when they're all sweaty in front of the Chicks,kickin' their ass off! Gotta love it!!

Quick redo?

This was supposed to be a quick redo on My buddies Jay's shovelhead. It's bee a while since We've touched it.As often happen's,time,money,family and other unforeseen situation's force us to put our dreams on the backburner. I was and still am excited to see this scooter finished. It was never meant to be a show bike or a real spit and polished bar hopper. Just a cool runner! hang in there,Brother. Good times are just around the corner!

time saver

I recently scored this cabinet of drawers from work,out of a utility van that was going to salvage. I had to cut it out of the van with a sawlzall. I found some wheels for it at the last swap meet. I spent the last 2 nights sorting nuts and bolts,and still only about a 1/4 done. I was just complaining to My Homeboy Matt the other night about wasting time looking for a nut or a bolt. This should streamline some of the actitvities in the shop!

When We went back in the evening,The place was transformed into an Grownup Disneyland!

A few friends and I got invited to bring our motorcycles out to the the Playboy Mansion this weekend.Their having their annual Muscle car show called "MUSCLE CARS AT THE MANSION'. This year they decided to include some vintage motorcycles.
just so you have an idea,if you have to buy a ticket,it's gonna cost you ....$750.00!!
I have a feeling it's gonna be out of sight!!!!
